Since P&A was created in 1992, our mission has been to provide ongoing assistance, immediate response and efficient solutions to our client’s needs and concerns.
We are a team of highly-qualified, results-oriented professionals who seek excellence in devising creative solutions for business management problems and making accurate diagnoses and reliable forecasts in the context of the highly volatile Argentine market.
Our professionals have graduated from top Universities, where many of them have also held teaching positions. They continue to take training and refresher courses on an ongoing basis to ensure that they keep abreast of new tools, technology and know-how.
Most of our staff members have conducted successful careers in large companies and held important positions, such as Administration and Finance Manager, Chief Financial Officer, General Manager or CEO. Such background and experience add value to our service and set us apart from our competitors.
To ensure that PF&Asoc’s mission is accomplished, all members of the staff have undergone a rigorous selection process during which their capabilities and strengths were ascertained, with special focus on their ability to easily empathize with others, their willingness to become involved in conflict resolution on a full time basis and their capacity to offer advice, guidance and supervision to deliver management solutions.
